Q. How do I order my comp cards?
A. Use our automatic ordering system or just call us at 888-567-5666 and we'll assist you with your order.

Q. What kind of pictures do I send?
A. We prefer digital files, but we can handle your transparencies (slides) with no problem-there is an additional charge for scanning slides. Either way, Your photos should be well lit and in focus. Please make sure the film or prints you send us are not scratched or warped from heat and humidity. Make sure any scanned digital files you send are a 300 dpi JPGs at least 3"x5" in size.

Q. Is retouching extra?
A. We will do minor corrections and touch-ups at no charge. If something major is desired we will first give you an estimate before we do the work.

Q. Are the prices the same for Black & White and Color?
A. Yes, the prices are the same because the printing cost is the same.

Q. What are your turnaround times?
A. We usually show proofs within 4-5 days. Once printed, we ship Fedex 2-day.
